Rahul Bhandari

Mr. Rahul Bhandari is an IAS officer of Punjab Cadre.  He is posted as Administrative Secretary of Higher Education, Government of Punjab.  He has done B.Tech., in Electronics and Communication followed by M.A. in Economics.  He has completed his M.Phil., from National Defense College and Strategic studies.

He has vast experience, both at Government of India and State Government.  He has worked in Excise and Taxation, Rural Development, Home, School Education, Water Resources, Science and Technology, and Ministry of Railways.  At present, he is working on understanding the New Education Policy announced recently by the Government of India.

He has keen interest on India's security threat, law and order, and national security strategy.
