Objectives of the MBA-HR :
Master of Business Administration - HR Program at IIM Amritsar is a full-time two-year residential program. The mission of our MBA-HR Program is as follows:
- Help students build strong skills in core HR areas across employment cycle and labor laws.
 - Train students to align HR strategies with business goals and lead workforce planning.
 - Equip students with digital tools and data analytics to enhance HR effectiveness.
 - Encourage students to adopt ethical and sustainable HR practices.
 - Prepare students to manage new work models such as remote work and gig employment.
 - Develop students’ ability to lead change and work with diverse teams.
 - Give students a global outlook to manage HR across cultures and countries.
 - Inspire students to think entrepreneurially and solve real-world workforce challenges.
 - Enable students to lead organizations based on morals, fairness, and ethical values.

PLG 1: Align corporate strategies with organizational goals for optimal outcomes.
