The 5-Day MDP for the Principals and Vice-Principals of PM SHRI Schools JNVs titled "Nurturing Educational Excellence: Enabling Ecosystems for School Leadership" was conducted for the 2 cohorts on a residential mode at IIM Amritsar. 

This 5-Day Program was an honest attempt from the faculty of IIM Amritsar to nudge the school leaders towards creating a conducive culture to nurture educational excellence in their own schools. This program, designed to empower academic leaders, is a testament to the institute's commitment to fostering educational excellence and capacity building in the school ecosystem.
With participants drawn from some of the most prestigious schools in the country, the MDP focused on enhancing leadership capabilities and creating a vision for academic innovation. Sessions were meticulously crafted to address contemporary challenges faced by school leaders, including pedagogical innovation, digital transformation in education, and fostering
