Dr. Divya Tripathi is an assistant professor in the area of Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management (OB & HRM) at Indian Institute of Management Amritsar. She has obtained her Ph.D. in OB & HRM from Indian Institute of Management Lucknow and her Masters in Human Resources from University of Delhi. She has published in peer reviewed journals and also has a number of conference presentations to her credit. Her research interests lie in leadership, employee performance, and sustainable development.
