Unleashing the Power of Persuasion for the Executives of GAIL

The program has integrated classical persuasion frameworks with modern tools such as storytelling and data-driven narratives, specifically adapted to GAIL’s context. Through real-world scenarios—be it securing alignment for new LNG infrastructure, presenting CSR impact, or negotiating biogas partnerships—participants will learn to craft persuasive narratives grounded in credibility, empathy, and evidence.

Participants will leave the program equipped not only with frameworks for ethical persuasion but also with the confidence to apply them in GAIL-specific challenges, whether it's advocating for expansion of the pipeline network, engaging communities in CSR initiatives, or integrating sustainable energy solutions like renewables and biogas into the broader business strategy.

The program was designed to fulfil the following learning objectives:

●    Understanding the psychology of persuasion and influence.
●    Building trust and credibility as the foundation of persuasion.
●    Learning to craft compelling, audience-centric messages.
●    Adapting persuasion styles for diverse stakeholders and contexts.
●    Delivering impactful persuasive presentations using stories and data.

The Program was held On-site at GAIL Training Institute, Noida from 04 - 05 December 2025
