Short-Term Program in Warehousing and Logistics Management for the JCO/ORs of Directorate General Resettlement (DGR)

IIM Amritsar has successfully concluded the Second Batch of the Short-Term Program in Warehousing and Logistics Management, a resettlement course sponsored by the Directorate General Resettlement (DGR). The program was for the JCO & Other Ranks from all three Defence Forces – Indian Army, Indian Navy and Indian Air Force.

The program was designed to equip retiring Armed Forces personnel with contemporary management skills, enabling a seamless transition into leadership roles within the corporate logistics sector. Over the course of the program, participants engaged in intensive modules covering supply chain strategy, warehouse operations, finance, logistics and modern data analytics, guided by IIM Amritsar's expert faculty.
