Empowering Elected Representatives for Grassroot Leadership for the Elected Representatives of the State Institute of Rural Development Panchayati Raj

This non-residential MDP on “Empowering Elected Representatives for Grassroot Leadership”  was a unique initiative by the institute where we collaborated with the State Institute of Rural Development Panchayati Raj, Mohali.

This programme aims to strengthen the leadership, governance, and decision-making capabilities of elected representatives, enabling them to function effectively as grassroots leaders. It emphasizes inclusive leadership, community engagement, and driving positive change at the local level.

The two-day customised Management Development Programme (MDP) is exclusively designed for Sarpanches of Gram Panchayats and focuses on developing practical leadership skills aligned with on-ground governance realities, empowering participants to serve their communities more effectively.
