Interviewing Skills Intervention for the officials of Mahindra and Mahindra Swaraj

The 2-Day Program was conducted for the officials of Mahindra and Mahindra Swaraj. The program was held onsite at the premises of Mahindra and Mahindra Swaraj in two batches. This 2-Day MDP on "lmpactful Interviewing Skills" firstly helped the organization to profile the "talent" for different Mahindra Swaraj stakeholders as per the changing business landscape and the growth and expansion of the organization. Secondly, define clear selection identifiers with BEI skills to gauge the fitment of the talent as per the organizational need. The attempt was to train the leaders from different business lines understand the latest interviewing techniques based on competency based hiring mandates.

The cohort comprised of Senior Managers who were identified as High-potentials as a part of their Talent 100 initiative.
