In today’s dynamic global business environment, the strategic integration of emerging technologies has become essential for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) striving to achieve sustainable growth and competitive excellence. Advanced tools such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Blockchain, and advanced Data Analytics are no longer exclusive to large corporations. These technologies are now driving innovation, efficiency, and growth across the MSME sector.

This theme highlights the transformative potential of these technologies in reshaping business intelligence. AI and ML empower MSMEs to harness predictive insights, streamline operations, and deliver highly personalized customer experiences. Objectives of the Programme

  • Sessions are conducted in physical mode at IIM Amritsar. 
  • Structured and interactive sessions conducted by highly qualified educators.
  • A mix of pedagogical tools will be used, including lectures, hands-on sessions, case-lets, and in-class activities.

  • 6-Day residential programme
  • Date: 4th February 2025 – 9th February 2025
  • Venue: IIM Amritsar Campus, Amritsar, Punjab

Who can Apply?

  • MSME Participants
  • Central/State Government (including Ministry of MSME)
  • Bank officers and other stakeholders of MSMEs

Basis of Selection

  • Age: Above 18 years
  • Intake Capacity: Limited seats; selected applicants will be informed promptly.
  • Eligibility: Aadhar card of the participant and Udyam Registration Certificate of the MSME (for MSME participant)

Registration fee

  • There is no program fee (funded by DCMSME under the ESDP Scheme).
  • IIM Amritsar will arrange boarding/Lodging.
