With a rapidly evolving local and global landscape, organizational success relies heavily on effective and efficient actions of executives. The aim of the current development program is to cultivate leaders in the organization, and equip them with the competencies to manage change, drive organizations towards innovation, and craft high-performing work teams.

The development program will use engaging pedagogical tools to intertwine the theoretical concepts with the real business challenges, and practical application of the concepts.
