About the Program: 

This 4-day Residential Management Development Program on "Administrative Leadership and Good Governance" is designed for central public sector employees in India to enhance their leadership skills and understanding of effective governance practices. The program focuses on developing competencies in strategic decision-making, ethical leadership, and the promotion of transparency and accountability within public sector organizations. Participants will engage in interactive sessions, case studies, and practical exercises to learn best practices in public administration, policy implementation, and stakeholder management. By the end of the program, attendees will be equipped with the knowledge and tools to drive positive change and foster a culture of good governance in their respective organizations.
