Professional Summary
Dr. Diksha Singh is an Assistant Professor at IIM Amritsar in the IT and Computational Systems Area. She has completed her PhD in Information Systems from the Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode, Kerala.
Her broad research interests include studying consumer behaviors and interactions with digital systems. In particular, she studies consumers’ usage of multiple information systems (IS) for online shopping and wishes to continue investigating the concept in other relevant contexts. Furthermore, she uses a mixed-method approach to research consumers’ behaviors concerning multi-IS use.
