Invictus - Mental Health & Wellbeing Cell

Invictus is a space dedicated to students' mental health and psychological wellbeing. The Cell aims to help students discover their best version of themselves by truly finding this deep connection between the mind, body, and soul. This interconnectedness will help the students gain character strength by understanding their values to navigate various professional and personal challenges. We need good leaders to guide us and make the essential large-scale decisions that keep the world moving. Hence, Synergy is also striving to inculcate the values of great leaders in our students because leaders shape our nations, communities, and great organizations.

Objectives:

• To create awareness about mental health
• Imparting information in our campus and community about dealing with issues related to stress
• To educate students on the importance of synergy between their balanced diet, exercise, and emotional well-being for healthy living.
