IIM Amritsar successfully completed the 2-day onsite program titled ‘Resilience at Work (RAW): The hidden driver of great performance’ for the senior officials of HPCL at their HPMDI at Nigdi, Pune.
The program was designed and developed keeping in mind that resilience-building techniques among employees can fuel them to manage stress and make them more adaptable at the workplace. The program provided some actionable strategies towards building a more impactful and adaptive workforce to overcome obsolescence, strain, and stress in their jobs and career.
The program used a blended pedagogy, combining experiential learning, concept discussions, and guided instruction. It was very well received by the participants. The program was facilitated by Prof. Vartika Dutta, Prof. Sweta Singh and Prof. Ravishankar Kommu.
