MADHYAMA-1 is a mid-career mandatory training program, specially designed for officers who have completed 12 years of service in the Corporation in the officer cadre. Through Madhyama-1, participants will be exposed to several functional areas with cross-functional knowledge as well as behavioral inputs to enhance soft skills for competency building. This program has been exquisitely crafted by the experts and is going to be delivered by SMEs from IndianOil and the faculties from IIM Amritsar as our knowledge partner. We are sure that this program will not only act as a refresher but will also give fresh inputs on some new areas to the participants. Considering the pandemic, this program is being conducted virtually.
IIM Amritsar successfully concluded one batch of training for officers from Mathura Refinery of Indian Oil Corporation Limited which was held from 11th-21st Aug'21.
The second set of Madhyama-I interventions for officers of Panipat Refinery will be successfully delivered by IIM Amritsar faculty from 31st Aug-11th Sep'21.
The sessions facilitated by IIM Amritsar faculty were in varied domains of Communication, Marketing, Industry 4.0, and Law. The sessions were like Influencing Skills, Business Etiquette, Your role in Organizational Success, Customer Delight, Business Ethics and Individual ethics, Mandatory Statutory Regulations, and many others.
