Dr. Ananya Syal is an Assistant Professor in the Organization Behaviour and Human Resources Area at the Indian Institute of Management Amritsar. She is a Ph.D. in Management in the Organizational Behaviour Area from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad. She holds a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in Psychology from the University of Delhi. Her research interests include creativity and innovation, leadership, emotions, social psychology, employee wellbeing, ethics and diversity, and inclusion in the workplace. She has participated in international and national conferences and has co-authored chapters in edited books.
