Dr. Mahima Gupta is an Assistant Professor in Operations Management and Quantitative Methods area at Indian Institute of Management Amritsar. She is currently serving as Chairperson-MBA in the institute. She has also contributed in conceptualizing and delivering the long duration data analytics program for senior officials of HPCL.
Previously she has taught at Institute of Management and Technology (IMT) Ghaziabad and Great Lakes Institute of Management Chennai. She has earned her Ph.D.in Decision Sciences from Indian Institute of Management Lucknow. She has completed her Bachelors in Mathematics and Masters in Operations Research from University of Delhi.
Her research focuses on developing decision support models for the problems involving multiple dimensions under uncertain environments. She has published her research in reputed journals including IEEE Transactions on Fuzzy Systems, Computers and Industrial Engineering, Expert Systems with Applications, International Journal of Systems Science etc. and has presented her research in several national and international conferences.
