Ridhi Arora is an Assistant Professor (OB) at the Indian Institute of Management Amritsar, India. She has earned her Doctorate Degree (Ph.D.) in Organizational Behavior from the Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee in Organizational Behavior. The focus of her doctoral research work has been on investigating the role of personality and workplace mentoring relationships as predictors of career commitment. Previously she has worked as a faculty in OB & HR at LM Thapar School of Management, Thapar University, Punjab for more than two years. In the past, she has been a visiting team member to University of Groningen as part of Train for Trainers Program on Embedding Entrepreneurship in Engineering Education. Her research interests include personality, mentoring relationships, career outcomes, gender and emotion management. Her research work has been published in leading international academic journals listed in SSCI (Thomson Reuters) & ABDC journal list. Besides being a regular contributor to International journals, she has also edited and co-authored book chapters in management books and is a regular reviewer to several refereed international journals of repute (Elsevier, Wiley, Taylor & Francis and Emerald etc.).
