Ridhi Arora is an Assistant Professor (OB) at the Indian Institute of Management Amritsar, India. She has earned her Doctorate Degree (Ph.D.) in Organizational Behavior from the Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee in Organizational Behavior. The focus of her doctoral research work has been on analysing the role of personality and workplace mentoring relationships as predictors of career commitment and employee engagement. Previously she has worked as a faculty in OB & HR at LM Thapar School of Management, Thapar University, Punjab for more than two years. She teaches courses on organizational behavior, performance management, international human resource management and change management. Her research centers on industrial-occupational psychology - personality, mentoring relationships, employee engagement and career outcomes and is published in leading international academic journals listed in SSCI (Thomson Reuters) & ABDC journal list. Besides being a regular contributor to International journals, she has also edited and co-authored book chapters in management books and is a regular reviewer to several refereed international journals of repute (Elsevier, Wiley, Taylor & Francis and Emerald etc.).
